Voting will be on Monday March 16th from 2:00PM-8:00PM at the Cushing Town Office. Town Meeting will resume on March 17th at the Cushing Community School at 6:00PM to vote on warrant articles 6-47.

ABSENTEE BALLOTS AVAILABLE
Absentee Ballots are available at the Cushing Town Office for the March 16, 2026, Municipal General/Referendum Election. To receive an absentee ballot a registered voter can come to the town office to vote, call 354-2375 to have a ballot sent by mail (only the voter may do this), or come in and fill out a request form to pick up a ballot. Immediate family members may come in and fill out an application to take a ballot to a family member. Please note: Due to State Statute Title 21-A section 753-B On Friday, March 13, 2026, A Special Circumstance Application will be required and only the voter can fill out the Special Circumstance Application. If you have any questions, please call the Town Office at 354-2375.
AD HOC AUDIT COMMITTEE
The Selectboard is seeking five individuals to serve on an ad hoc audit committee to review town budget line items. If you are interested, please send a letter of interest to clerk@cushing.maine.gov, drop it off at the town office, or mail it to Town of Cushing 39 Cross Road by March 20, 2026.
